3. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Placing an order

Orders are subject to product availability and confirmation. Cloudbros may decline or cancel an order where necessary, including when product availability, payment information, delivery restrictions or legal requirements prevent fulfilment.

Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer/IBAN, cryptocurrency, Zelle and Apple Pay. You must be authorised to use the payment method selected for your order.

Prices and product availability may change without notice. The applicable price is the one shown or confirmed for your order before payment is completed.

4. DELIVERY & RETURNS

Shipping information

Cloudbros ships across Europe and to the United States and Canada, subject to delivery availability and applicable local requirements. Orders are normally processed within 3–12 hours and delivery may take from 24 hours to 5 working days after dispatch.

Tracking is provided for dispatched orders. A fixed delivery charge applies unless an order qualifies for free shipping at €300 or more.

Returns, refunds and damaged/incorrect-item requests are handled under our Shipping & Returns Policy.
